Q: Hello, Ms EmmaJane. Thanks so much for offering to take part in this interview! To kick things off, please tell us how and when you
first got into this line of work.

While I had toyed with the idea of going to work in the adult entertainment field for a couple of years, I just didn’t do – for no
reason in particular. When I began graduate school, I knew that the lengthy round-trip trek to my university was going to eat up enough
time that my working a full-time job outside the home was simply not going to be a possibility. Since I was working in the academic/research
arena where furthered education was highly encouraged, I was fortunate enough to be allowed to scale back to part-time where I was working,
and I tried that for some time. However, I knew all along that part-time just wasn’t going to be enough – not to mention that school was in one direction and work in the opposite one. Time and finances pushed me to reassess my Life…

It was then that the light bulb went off again, and I knew it was time to try my hand at fulfilling fantasies over the phone. While incredibly convenient, my final decision wasn’t based on the fact that I could work from home nor did I think it would be something that just anyone could do. I knew better than that! What I did know is that I am intelligent, well-spoken, thoughtful, a people person, and have the attitude required to make people happy by exploring and developing their fantasies with them. So… I took the plunge, and loved it! That was over three years ago…

Q: Do you consider yourself a sensual Mistress, or are you more commanding and mean?

I am naturally a very sensual Mistress. Maybe part of that is being raised a “true” Southern lady, maybe not. Maybe it’s because I am used to getting what I want without having to make a big production or throwing some unseemly tantrum. I’m not entirely sure. What I can tell you is that, for me personally, it’s like I tell some of my clients who appreciate my sensual, psyche-invading approach: I see being harsh and commanding as akin to walking upon someone’s porch and banging on the door while yelling at the person whom you are there to see. I prefer to sneak around the side of the house, take advantage of that back door that was left unlocked, sneak quietly inside, and -before said person even has a clue I am inside the house- I am right there behind them. I think being a highly and inherently sensual Mistress holds a high psychological charge for both myself and my clients.

However, I do caution my clients not to underestimate my ability to be mean and quite strict if necessary. Push me, and I push back – but harder! *winks*

Q: What is your favorite type of session? Your “specialties”, so to speak?

I equally adore my feminization, guided masturbation, tease and denial, CBT, and strap-on calls, as each of them simply gets me all fired up!

With the feminization, I truly enjoy chatting with my sissies like special girlfriends who appreciate what it is to be feminine more so than do many biologically born women. I get as enthusiastic as do they about everything girlie and so want to help them reach their goals.

As for the T&D and guided masturbation, the natural, notorious tease in me simply thrives in these sessions. I love describing in detail to a man exactly how I want him to touch himself, knowing he is doing precisely what I would do. However… The real thrill for me is not that I am instructing my client to cause intimate pain upon himself just because I can or I enjoy abusing someone else for the “fun” of it; it is the fact that he has invited me to lead him along that very unique path that intermingles pain and pleasure.

Anyone who has visited my blog finds out rather quickly that I refer to my strap-on as “my best friend,” and I could never get tired of introducing men to the delights of strap-on play or taking them to new levels of exploration. Talk about igniting my enthusiasm!!

Q: For a first-time caller or sexytexter, what might they expect in a session with you? Do you have suggestions for what they might do, or not do, before their session that will enhance their experience?

If my client is amenable to it, I do like to get to know at least a little bit about him, his fantasies, and how he ticks. This doesn’t have to take very long, but I find it very helpful to have some degree of insight into my caller so I can take him where he wishes to go – or beyond. A first-time client can expect me to break the ice with a few questions -first, very general, then maybe a specific question or two- in an effort to ensure that I tailor my call as much as possible specifically to him as a unique individual. I want him to know that his desires -and fulfillment of them- are very important to me, and I will do everything I can to make him supremely happy that he met Mistress EmmaJane.

After our introductions, he should strap himself in and expect a wild ride!!!

Q: Please describe your single most memorable call or text session, something that stays in your mind to this day.

I was on a first-time call with a wannabe sissy who was completely into the push-and-pull dynamics of our call. We both became totally immersed, and I was volleying back and forth from soft and sweet to loud and stern. Well into a very lengthy session, I seriously made a comment that struck us both as absolutely hilarious – and we simultaneously lost it. We both started laughing like crazy at the utter hilarity in what I’d said. We tried to regain our respective composures, but we just could not stop the laughter. That genuine, intense, and shared laughfest led to a most enjoyable mutual exchange completely outside of our Mistress-sissy playtime and was exceptionally gratifying in its own right. It was at that moment that we connected as “real” people. I still smile -and giggle- when I think of that session.

Q: When you aren’t taking calls and text sessions here at LDW Group, what do you enjoy doing? What are your hobbies and interests?

I am an avid fan of music, so I spend a great deal of time indulging that love. I have a very eclectic taste, and I like to expand those musical horizons by seeking out new sounds as well as rare releases of old favorites aka classics.

I’m also fanatical about mental fitness because the importance of a good mental workout -especially as we age- is often taken for granted by so many. I keep my mind sharp by working puzzles, solving riddles, and bombarding my brain with an influx of new information. I integrate my research backgound into these efforts by diving into and scrutinizing newly published research articles on a great variety of areas. I especially like to keep abreast of new research findings in psychology, neurology, and any area in which cerebral physiology and/or function is addressed.

Q: Great! Is there anything else you would like to share with us today?

I would like each of my clients -past, current, potential, sporadic, regular, one-time…- that when they are in session with me the rest of the world ceases to exist, and it is always my top priority to put forth my every effort to provide them with an incredible session. They are the reason I am here and immensely enjoy what I do. Because I hold all of my clients -whether they are with me for seven minutes or seven hours- in such high esteem, it is my primary goal to fulfill their fantasies in a creative, imaginative, intelligent, and professional manner.

Q: Hello, Ms Bella. Thanks so much for offering to take part in this interview! To kick things off, please tell us how and when you first got into this line of work.

Hello and thanks for having me! Well, to tell you the truth, if you had asked me a few years ago if I ever thought I’d be doing this line of work, I would’ve looked at you as if you were crazy.  My sophomore year in college, a girlfriend of mine was telling me about the business and how she was doing really well, setting her own hours, making money, and still being able to focus on her schoolwork.  I was interested but didn’t think I could do it, so she invited me over one night to spend a little time listening to her “in action”, so to speak.  As I listened, I realized that this wasn’t so difficult at all and she even brought me in on a few of her calls, just to get my feet wet.  I really enjoyed it, so much so that the next day, I applied with a few companies and was accepted! I’ve been doing it ever since.

Q: Do you consider yourself a sensual Mistress, or are you more commanding and mean?

I like to think I’m more sensual, to be honest.  I’ve never been a fan of raising my voice and yelling, and I’ve learned that I can get what I want most of the time by being playful about it.  Don’t get me wrong, I can be quite demanding and mean when the situation calls for it, but by and large I’d consider myself more comfortable with the sensual side of FemDom.

Q: What is your favorite type of session? Your “specialties”, so to speak?

Hmm. Good question! I treat every call as a new adventure, even with my regulars! But for those who haven’t picked up the phone or opened their IM yet, the only suggestion I have is to have an open mind.  Be willing to play, don’t be shy with me, if something really floats your boat, by all means, share it! They can expect from me an open mind, honesty, and a willingness to try just about anything.  If it helps, feel free to send me an email outlining what it is you’re looking for and I’ll do my best to work with you to make each and every experience ultimately satisfying.

Q: Please describe your single most memorable call or text session, something that stays in your mind to this day.

Oh dear. *laughs* I’ve had quite a few of them.  My most memorable caller has to be a long time regular of mine with an extremely unusual fetish.  He was ALL about a sexy woman, who dressed only in velvet dresses, loved to clean her house with vinegar, smoked, was a Jehovah’s Witness, a lesbian, and liked to play with Ouija boards.  As you can tell, this gentleman had a rather, peculiar set of fetishes all strung together.  I had a blast with his calls because, frankly, you don’t exactly hear what he was into everyday, do you?

Q: When you aren’t taking calls and text sessions here at LDW Group, what do you enjoy doing? What are your hobbies and interests?

I work hard, but I also play hard.  I value the time I take for myself because it keeps me on top of my game! Not to mention…it’s always nice to have more experiences to draw from.  I have a ton of different hobbies from reading and writing to crochet and knitting. I’m working on many projects, and it’s slow going for some of them (because I DO have to sleep sometime!) but I like to keep myself occupied.  If you don’t see me curled up with a good book, or kicking ass on my Playstation 3, you’re likely to find me either out doing a little urban exploration or whipping up something delicious in my kitchen.  I enjoy gastronomic adventures, and I try to keep myself from growing bored by getting out on the town.

Q: Hello, Ms Catherine. Thanks so much for offering to take part in this interview! To kick things off, please tell us how and when you first got into this line of work.

I first got into it a little over two years ago, so I’d been doing it for a few months when I started with LDW in May 2008.  I wanted a change in career after being a law clerk for a number of years – I’d already moved to Canada from England and this seemed a perfect opportunity to change other areas of my life too.  I wanted to run my own business – doing something I enjoyed – where I could express myself and stretch my creative muscles.  LDW has given me the opportunity to do that, while still keeping my independence.

Q: Do you consider yourself a sensual Mistress, or are you more commanding and mean?

Well I’d have to say that I’m both!  I don’t think that the two are mutually exclusive. I’m naturally dominant and have always been kinky, and I don’t believe that dominance necessarily translates as “mean”.  I’d describe myself as strict AND sensual – the cane and the kiss combined.  So while I’m certainly sensual, at the same time I’m always the dominant partner – including in my own intimate relationships.

Q: What is your favourite type of session? Your “specialities”, so to speak?

I always find that difficult to answer, because my sessions are so varied, and my favourite tends to be the one I just did!  But I suppose my favourites are ones where the caller and I have really “clicked” – where there’s been real communication.  I love my sissy callers and the naughty boys who need a good spanking and I suppose my speciality would be role-playing.  Many of my calls are not overtly sexual, which I think surprises many people.  Sometimes a session will just simply be a discussion of various fetishes, for instance.  Many callers appreciate being able to talk freely with someone who’s genuinely open-minded.

Q: For a first-time caller or sexytexter, what might they expect in a session with you? Do you have suggestions for what they might do, or not do, before their session that will enhance their experience?

If a caller has a particularly detailed fantasy, or if they’re a bit shy about articulating their needs verbally, then certainly I’d recommend e-mailing me first.  Then I usually suggest a short, introductory session for the first time.  That way we can decide if we click and we can get into the fantasy in greater depth in future sessions.  A bit like a first date really – there’s less pressure if you just have lunch together, rather than a prolonged dinner date!  And just like that first date, a sense of humour is a great social lubricant!

Q: Please describe your single most memorable call or text session, something that stays in your mind to this day.

Well, discretion forbids me to go into specific details of course, but I love it when I have a real connection with the caller and when he says something like “I’ve never been able to say this before…”  And even though I AM dominant and can be quite strict, I love it when I feel as if I’ve really given something to the caller – especially if it’s something he didn’t expect.  I know that some callers just expect a “phone fuck” and go away with something completely different.

Q: When you aren’t taking calls and text sessions here at LDW Group, what do you enjoy doing? What are your hobbies and interests?

I read a lot, listen to music and, weather permitting, I like cycling and swimming.  I’m also pretty active politically and in the animal rights movement, although I’m not able to devote as much time to those areas as I used to.  In the winter I’m a volunteer at a local homeless shelter.  I’m also a devout and practicing pagan.

Q: Great! Is there anything else you would like to share with us today?

I’d like people to know that there’s more to this line of work than what I call the “oooh baby!” phone calls. In fact, I don’t think ANY of us at LDW do those calls.  Of course I’m paid for my time but it’s my love of all things kinky that makes a call with me special.  I also think that many of my US callers are interested in talking to someone raised in a completely different sexual environment.  Yes, it’s true, the English ARE a kinky lot!  But I suppose the thing I’d really want potential callers to know is that when they call me, they’re really calling ME – not a character.  Even when I’m role-playing they’re still playing with an aspect of ME.  I don’t assume a persona when I pick up the phone.
